Archetype Projects is a London-based design-and-build studio that takes full responsibility for high-end residential projects from initial concept through to construction completion - combining rigorous project leadership, design direction and an in-house delivery team under single leadership.
The practice is led by Ali and Polly Kahloon, and works with a select number of private clients each year.
Ali is a former Managing Director at Deutsche Bank with 19 years' experience in property development and construction. Polly developed a disciplined design sensibility through close work with leading interior design studios, bringing a rare sensitivity to how homes are conceived and finished. Together they lead each project personally, from first decisions through to completion.
We work with a small number of private clients each year on homes that require both design intelligence and precise execution. From initial brief through to interior specification and build, we manage the entire process - appointing and directing the right consultants, and delivering the construction through our own in-house team. One point of contact, and a single point of accountability, throughout.
Archetype Projects invests in and develops luxurious homes and thriving communities, blending design excellence with sustainability to enhance neighbourhoods and create lasting value.
